
Rachel began her yoga journey at Baron Baptiste while finishing her undergraduate studies at Harvard. Curious about the physical benefits of yoga, she ultimately found a place of relief and refuge from the hectic pace of modern, urban life. Since then, she has explored many different systems of yoga and has trained to teach Kripalu, power vinyasa, and Forrest yoga. Yoga can be a transformative vehicle for connecting to deeper strength, wisdom, creativity, and compassion, and Rachel encourages her students to explore these parts of themselves in their practice. Her vigorous classes inspire students to find delight through movement and peace through breath. She is thrilled to be part of the community at All One Yoga and to bring the joy of yoga to others.
